Kafa’a Launch

We are honoured to be nominated as one of 12 contractors to deliver KAFA’A, PDO’s Engineering Skills Development programme, designed to develop new and existing Omani talent in a structured programme to achieve recognised standards in engineering competency. Samir Al Raisi, our Engineering Compliance and Strategy Lead and a key driver of this initiative, represented Carillion Alawi as a panel contributor on launch day, giving an insight as to how we will deliver the scheme within the Integrated Facilities Management contract for PDO. 

This programme will not only improve the performance of our local Omani talent but align our training delivery with internationally recognised UK engineering qualifications.
