Customer contact centre

At PDO, our¬†experienced Helpdesk solutions, combined with a world-class IBM Maximo Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, provide a quality, end-to-end solution to our customers’ needs. Our Contact Centre provides a high standard of support, integrating with mobility and online portals to ensure that our customers can reach us via any means. Our Helpdesk is answered by an operator 24/7, 365 days a year. We are accredited to ISO18295-1:2017.
