HACCP Certification

Congratulations to our Facilities Managers on PDO’s IFM contract on passing their HACCP certification.

The PDO IFM contract serves over 11,000 meals daily across the PDO Estate, and HACCAP certification ensures our procedures provide confidence in the quality and safety of food, from ingredients to production, storage and distribution to sale and service to the final customer.
