The Royal Opera House Muscat is the leading arts and culture organization in the Sultanate of Oman. It is the first of its kind in the Middle East, using state-of-the-art technology for the facility’s operation. The Royal Opera House Muscat can be used for opera functions, concerts, and other musical activities and can change its seating capacity to accommodate the type of function involved.
The works involved the construction of a prestigious 1,000-seat concert and opera theatre. The floor area of 15,380 square metres is over six levels and has three basement floors. The main structure is reinforced concrete with block infill, and external finishes are Omani marble and render.
We received the Contractor of the Year award from Construction News Magazine for our work at Royal Opera House Muscat.
