Experience required:

At least 6 years in project planning for civil building & facilities construction projects within a construction/contracting business. GCC experience is a must with at least 4 years of working experience in Oman.

Must have detailed knowledge on planning software primavera – P6 with hands on experience on resource/cost loading.

Working experience in preconstruction (tender phase) in formulating the resource requirements for the projects with key delivery risks

EOTs & delay analysis experience is a mandatory

Key responsibility:

Key member of the projects team responsible for project Planning and delivery

Preparing the L4 schedules, resource histograms, cash flows, progress curves for the projects

Plan, prepare, monitor, and report the status of the schedules and preparing the mitigation plans if required.

Communication and coordinating with various project managers & key sub-contractors in different stages of planning and delivery of projects.

Reviewing the project progress/resource utilization/VOWD against the plan and updating the Operations Manager on a weekly basis

Facilitating progress meetings with team, client, and sub-contractors

Preparing the delay analysis & EOT
