We have been present in the Sultanate of Oman since 1965, establishing a reputation as one of the region’s leading quality contractors.

We have evolved over the decades from Wimpey Alawi to Tarmac Alawi and now Carillion Alawi LLC. Each time, the skills and expertise brought by the parent company have enriched the business further.

We have delivered some of the most prestigious projects that have shaped the region, including the construction of Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Royal Opera House, Muscat International Airport, and Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. Additionally, we provide integrated facilities management across the entirety of Petroleum Development Oman’s concession area.

What we do

We provide all the services required to create and manage building and infrastructure environments, from design and construction to lifetime maintenance, facilities management, and energy efficiency. In turn, this helps support our customers to improve the quality of life for people across the Sultanate of Oman.
